TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Thank you for choosing to book North farm, we look forward to welcoming you. When making this booking you are entering in to an agreement with us. Please read our terms and conditions of booking below.
Charges and Terms
Please ensure we receive a non-returnable deposit of 20% within 7days of booking. The balance should be paid one month before the start of your holiday.

Bed Linen and Towels
Bed linen and bath/kitchen towels are provided and included in the price of the holiday. Please note we can supply cots and highchairs on request free of charge, but we do not supply cot bedlinen/towels.
Pets
Dogs are welcome by prior arrangement, we expect them to be well behaved and house trained and to be kept on leads where there is livestock. Please keep them off the soft furnishings and beds, do not leave them unattended in the property and please make extra effort to vacuum up any dog hairs before leaving. Please collect any dog waste and dispose in receptacle provided.
Party Size
Visitors are requested not to exceed the maximum number of people for which the booking was made without prior arrangement.
Smoking
North Farm house is non-smoking; if you wish to smoke outside, please dispose of matches and cigarette buts in the sand bucket provided.
Cancellation and Insurance
Once you have booked you holiday, our agreement is legal contract and your deposit is non-refundable. If for whatever reason you are unable to take your holiday and the booking cannot be re-let, you are liable to pay for the booking in full, even if we have not received your balance. If we do re-let the booking you are no longer liable for the balance, or we will refund it to you. Please note your deposit is not refundable.
Non availability of Accommodation
We would only cancel your holiday if the house was unavailable for reasons beyond our control. We would attempt to find you alternative accommodation in he area of a similar standard, however if this was not possible, or unacceptable to you then we would refund all monies paid by you for the holiday. Our liability would not extend beyond this refund.
Arrival
Your accommodation will be available to you from 4 o’clock on the day of arrival, unless otherwise arranged. We will do our best to greet you personally, but if we are not available we will arrange for you to be met on arrival by a member of the family.
Departure
Please be ready to leave the house by 10am on the day of departure unless otherwise arranged, we ask you leave the house in the condition you would like to find it. We reserve the right to make a charge if the house is left in an excessively dirty condition
Damages and Breakages
Please take care of the property; please report any breakages or damages that you cause to the accommodation or its contents as soon as they occur. We do not normally charge for minor breakages, but we do reserve the right to charge you for repair or making good if the damage or breakage is significant. However we will not be liable for any temporary cut in a public supply of electric or water
Please let us know immediately if any problem arises with any appliance, fixture or fitting and we will ensure that with in a reasonable time it is repaired or replaced.
Liability
Visitors are asked to take care at all times while on our property. Parents are asked to ensure that children are kept safe and accompanied by an adult and not left unattended. This is a working farm and while we are happy for you to watch if we are working please keep children in the garden at a safe distance, also there is a pond in the garden small children must be supervised at all times.
We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves or our employees or contractors whilst acting in the course of employment.
Complaints
We want your stay to be enjoyable, but should you have any cause for complaint, please let us know immediately and we will do our best to rectify the situation. It will be very difficult for us to investigate a complaint once you have returned home.
Data
Any data collected during the course of this booking will be held on a computer.
